Product Description

Explore our collection of lightsabers, available with either a hilt with base illumination (Standard) or a pixel blade (Eco, GHv3, and Proffie).

All of our sabers feature a variety of character typefaces, as well as a mute function for those who prefer silence. The 2-3W speaker allows you to fine-tune the volume, enabling you to adjust it to your liking.

The "flash on clash" feature simulates authentic combat sensations for a more immersive experience. In addition, our "smooth swing" feature adjusts the sound volume and pitch based on the pace and orientation of your lightsaber.

Our saber hilts are made from a robust and long-lasting aluminum alloy, and their modular construction allows for easy customization with alternative components. The 2mm thick polycarbonate blade is designed to withstand hefty impacts, making it ideal for saber duels and clashes.

Depending on the pixel blade you choose, you will receive a 3000mAh or 3600mAh rechargeable battery. Charging is simple with the included USB cable, requiring between 4 and 8 hours for a complete charge. You can attach the blade to the hilt using the Allen key and fasteners provided.

Now, let's discuss our pixel blades, which feature a 50W LED strip that spans the entire length of the blade. This results in a significantly brighter radiance than the 12W LED RGB base-lit variants.

If you choose the "Eco" model, you will have access to a variety of customization options, such as motion controls and font color defaults. Additionally, you can express your creativity by editing and adding your own audio.

Our "GHv3" and "Proffie" Pixel sabers provide limitless customization options for those desiring the utmost in individualization. These models enable the creation of new sound profiles and the incorporation of a vast array of visual effects, making them exceptionally versatile. The "GHv3" model is especially user-friendly, providing numerous customization options directly from the interface of the lightsaber. In contrast, the "Proffie" model is designed for those with more advanced technical skills, as uploading code to the boards requires a deeper comprehension of computer operation and software usage.

We highly recommend the "Eco" Pixel saber if you're looking for a 50W LED combat saber without the need for extensive aural and visual customization. These models are a substantial improvement over the 12W RGB base-lit sabers, while remaining more affordable than the "GHv3" and "Proffie" Pixel sabers.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring

We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.

For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.

With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the remaining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.

Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.

Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.

This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised - this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

  • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
  • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
  • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
  • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
  • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
  • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
  • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
  • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.

Yes, all lightsabers come with a1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.
