Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 Hours
Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order was placed may not be accepted.
After the 24-hour cancellation period, your order may already have entered processing, production, customization, or fulfillment.
For this reason, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order.
Product Issues After Delivery
Order cancellation is different from a product issue.

Our team will first provide online troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved and the product qualifies under our warranty, a replacement will be arranged in accordance with our 3-Year Warranty Policy.
Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation request is not considered completed until BM Lightsabers confirms the cancellation by email.
