IPO - Combat Saber

Our lightsabers are available with either a base-lit hilt (referred to as "Standard") or a pixel blade ("Eco," "GHv3," and "Proffie" varieties).

Each of our lightsabers features multiple character fonts and a mute button for when you prefer solitude. Moreover, the volume control enables you to adjust the volume of the 2-3W speaker.

Feel a more authentic sense of combat with "flash on clash" technology, which activates when objects are struck. "Smooth swing" modifies the sound's volume and pitch dependent on the speed and orientation of your lightsaber.

Our hilts are crafted from a durable aluminum alloy, ensuring their durability and strength. These hilts are constructed with numerous detachable sections, allowing for customization with alternative components.

The 2mm thick polycarbonate blade is designed to withstand rigorous duels and collisions with other blades.

Depending on whether your lightsaber has a pixel blade, the battery capacity ranges from 3000mAh to 3600mAh. Each lightsaber includes a USB charging cable and typically requires 4 to 8 hours to fully charge. The included Allen key and fasteners for attaching the blade to the hilt make assembly simple.

The 50W LED strip that runs the length of our pixel blades produces a substantially brighter glow than the 12W LED RGB base-lit versions.

The "Eco" model includes features such as motion controls and customizable default font colors for individuals desiring customization options. In addition, you can modify and add your own sounds to create a unique experience.

If you're looking for the highest level of customization, our "GHv3" and "Proffie" Pixel sabers are entirely outfitted for you. These models permit the creation of new sound profiles and the incorporation of a vast array of visual effects, making them extremely versatile. The "GHv3" is designed to be user-friendly, with a vast array of customization options directly accessible from the menu. To upload code to the boards, the "Proffie" model requires a deeper comprehension of computer usage and software.

The "Eco" Pixel lightsaber is highly recommended for those who desire a 50W LED combat lightsaber without the need for extensive aural and visual customization. These models offer a substantial improvement over the 12W RGB base-lit lightsabers, at a more affordable price than the "GHv3" and "Proffie" Pixel lightsabers.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring

We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.

For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.

With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the remaining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.

Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.

Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.

This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised - this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.
