Galilis - Combat Saber

Our lightsabers come in two different styles: one has a normal illuminated hilt (normal), and the other has a pixel blade (Eco, GHv3, and Proffie).

All of our lightsabers have different character-themed sound fonts, and it's easy to turn them off if you'd rather not hear them. The 2-3W speaker makes it easy to change how loud the music is.

Our "flash on clash" feature turns on when you hit an item, making combat feel more real and giving you a better sense of immersion. Also, our "smooth swing" technology changes the sound volume and pitch depending on how fast and how you move your saber, making the whole experience better.

The hilt is made of a strong aluminum metal and is made so that it can be used for a long time and can be put back together in different ways with different parts.

The polycarbonate blade has a thickness of 2 mm and is strong enough to survive a lot of dueling and hitting other blades.

Each saber comes with a battery that can be charged. Depending on the type, the battery can be either 3000mAh or 3600mAh. With the USB cord that comes with it, it's easy to charge, and a full charge takes about 4–8 hours. With the Allen key and screws that come with the knife, it's easy to attach the blade to the handle.

Our pixel blades shine brightly thanks to a powerful 50W LED strip that runs the length of each one. This is a big improvement over the normal 12W LED RGB base-lit versions, which aren't as bright.

People who want to customize their experience can do so with the Eco model, which has choices like motion controls and default font colors that can be changed. You are also free to change the sounds and add your own.

Our GHv3 and Proffie Pixel sabers take customization to a whole new level by letting you add new sounds and a wide range of visual effects. This makes them very flexible. The GHv3 menu makes it easy for anyone to change the saber, while the Proffie model, which can do a lot of different things, needs more knowledge and a computer and software to upload code to the boards. 

The Eco Pixel saber is a great choice for anyone who wants a super bright 50W LED battle saber but doesn't need to be able to change the way it looks and sounds. These lightsabers are a big step up from the 12W RGB base-lit ones, and they cost less than the GHv3 and Proffie Pixel ones.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring

We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.

For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.

With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the remaining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.

Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.

Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.

This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised - this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.
