Fallen Staff - Combat Saber

There are two main types of our lightsabers: those with a normal lit hilt (called "Standard") and those with a pixel blade (called "Eco," "GHv3," and "Proffie").

All of our lightsabers come with a range of character styles, and there's also a handy mute button for times when you'd rather not talk. The 2-3W speaker also lets you adjust the volume to your liking.

For a more realistic fighting experience, our lightsabers have a feature called "flash on clash" that makes your attacks feel real. We've also added "smooth swing" technology, which changes the level and pitch of the sound based on how fast and which way your saber is facing.

The handle of the sword, called the hilt, is made of a strong and long-lasting aluminum alloy. It's made with different parts that can be taken apart, so you can change the way it looks by adding different parts.

The blade is made of polycarbonate and is 2 mm thick, so it can handle fierce dueling and crashes into other blades.

The battery that comes with your lightsaber will either be 3000mAh or 3600mAh, based on whether it has a pixel blade or not. The USB cord that comes with it makes charging easy, and it usually takes between 4 and 8 hours.

We've also included screws and an Allen key to make it easy for you to put the blade on the hilt.

Our pixel blades have a strong 50W LED strip that goes along the whole length of the blade. This makes the glow much brighter than with the 12W LED RGB base-lit versions.

Choosing the Eco model will give you more control over the settings, such as choosing the basic font colors and motion controls. You can also change things about your blade and add your own sound effects to make it your own.

Our GHv3 and Proffie Pixel lightsabers let you make completely new sound settings and add a lot of different visual effects if you want to take customization to the next level. The GHv3 model is made to be easy to use, and most of the customization choices can be found in the lightsaber's menu. The Proffie model, on the other hand, is better for people with more advanced technical understanding because they need to use a computer to upload code to the boards.

We strongly suggest the Eco Pixel lightsaber to anyone who wants a very bright 50W LED battle lightsaber without having to make a lot of changes to the sound and vision. These models are a big step up from the 12W RGB base-lit lightsabers, and they're still not too expensive when compared to the GHv3 and Proffie Pixel lightsabers.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring

We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.

For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.

With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the reamining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.

Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.

Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.

This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised - this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.
